• WINS ships anywhere in Canada, including Québec.
• Shipping to the United States is not available at this time.
• Preparation time: 2 to 5 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• An order may be split into multiple packages. No additional charges will apply.
• Separate packages may arrive at different times.
• Tracking information is sent when available.

Liability

• WINS is not responsible for delays caused by a carrier, weather conditions, or an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Customers must verify their shipping address before completing an order.
