• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes, calculated at checkout.
• WINS reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order with a full refund if necessary.
• Product availability may change without notice.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the specified payment method. WINS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order with a full refund if issues are detected.

5. Compatibility and Fitment

It is your responsibility to verify the compatibility of WINS products with your engine before ordering. If in doubt, contact us at info@createwins.ca before purchasing.

6. Product Use

WINS products are designed for use in accordance with the provided instructions. Please read the instructions carefully before use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, videos, logos, design) is the property of WINS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. 12-Month Limited Warranty

WINS products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery, under normal use and in accordance with their intended purpose.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse or incorrect installation
• Modifications to the product
• Accidents or negligence
• Use other than the intended purpose
• Damage caused to other equipment

To submit a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos.

After assessment, WINS may repair, replace, or refund the product.

This limited warranty is in addition to applicable statutory warranties and does not replace or limit them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WINS shall not be liable for damages resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, or unverified incompatibility.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and Canada.

11. Non-Affiliation

Harley-Davidson, Milwaukee-Eight, and Twin Cam are trademarks belonging to their respective owners. WINS is an independent company and is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Harley-Davidson Motor Company.
